Our Intensive 1-2-1 Holiday Swimming Courses are held each school holiday and provide a boost to your swimming whatever your needs. This applies to both Kids, Adults, Triathlon swimmers or those with Special Needs
These courses are focussed exclusively on you, unlike group holiday swim courses. You discuss with your teacher what you want to achieve, whether it is to learn to swim, to improve particular strokes or just get faster. Then through the week you work on improving your technique and style each day.
The whole lesson takes place in the endless pool. There is no need for classroom sessions as the teacher is there for you alone, and points that come up are discussed on the spot. This includes using the underwater cameras to analyse your stroke, and while still in the pool watching playback of your swimming on the pool TV.
Our endless pool is a safe atmosphere with no pressure from other swimmers or people watching you. You learn at your own pace without any interruptions. This is excellent for gaining confidence and learning an improved technique.
1-2-1 teaching, is the best way to learn because
