This could be you or your child. You could be a swimmer, non-swimmer or a triathlete.
Everyone is special and individual in their range of abilities and skills. We are all different and all learn at different paces.
To Stroke2Stroke you are unique and using 1-2-1 teaching in the special endless pool we work with you so that you succeed.
1-2-1 teaching (your own personal teacher), is the best way to learn because • undivided attention and support from your teacher • ask questions anytime • a teacher who knows your needs and how to help you succeed • no distractions • more cost and time effective than group lessons. It is adaptable to the situation of each persons needs.
We have been teaching both kids and adults with special needs such as; dyslexia, fear of water, dyspraxia, autism, social and emotional communication disorder, attention deficit disorder (ADD), Downs syndrome, cerebral palsey & epilepsy.

We focus on what you can do and build this up in the peace and quiet of the private endless pool. Its warm and secure with parents / helpers watching only feet away . And our prices are the same for everybody.
We all need to learn to swim for safety. Swimming is particularly good for muscle development, fitness and co-ordination. Spacial awareness and co-ordination can be improved by the swimmer feeling the water, something the variable current of the endless pool is great for. You can also have a DVD of your swim to prove your success!
