By improving the efficiency of your swim in a triathlon, give yourself extra energy reserves for the bike and the run. This will improve your overall time.
Stroke2Stroke with its 1-2-1 training (your own persoanal teacher) can give you the skills and stamina as an integral part of your training programme. The endless pool is the closest you will get to open water swimming in an indoor pool. It is a high quality (not quantity) training that is a fitness session at the same time. You can also use our gym.
Our private pool is in a safe atmosphere with no pressure from other swimmers or people watching you . You learn at your own pace without any interruptions. This is excellent for gaining confidence and learning an improved technique. (You might want to bring the kids for a swim lesson)
The pool is warm and as its private, gives a good opportunity for "secret training" improvements. This is particlarly so if you have special swim needs.
In our experience 30 minutes in our pool can equate to a couple of hours doing reps in a public pool. Thus its a time and cost effective method of quality training.
With your own personal teacher you are able to ask questions when you need to, review stroke technique from the underwater cameras, get instant feedback and correction and even buy a DVD of your swim afterwards to review in the comfort of your own home.
Even if you cant swim, we have special adult swim lessons to get you to the stage where you can train for competition.
